Timothy's Fine & Casual Catering Services is owned and operated by Tim and Christine Halfpenny of Caledonia, Ontario.  We run the only government-inspected commercial kitchen in Haldimand County which is operated solely for catering purposes.  Our portable ovens and thermal holding equipment can supply functions of up to 300 guests with no kitchen facilities required at the event location.  We also welcome smaller functions, especially intimate dinner parties where Tim and Christine attend personally to carve your meat and serve your table.  Please call Timothy's anytime to discuss your function or to have our menu mailed to you.
