All Timothy's menu items are home-made using the freshest ingredients  available.

Our prime rib and steaks are Certified Angus Beef                  

Our sauces, soups and meat jus are created from chicken and beef stock from our own kitchen.

Our breads, buns & pizzas are home-made in our large proofing oven. All our desserts are home-made too.

 

 

 

 

 

Timothy's uses a brine and smoke method for many dishes.  Black cherry, hickory, mesquite, apple and alderberry hardwoods contribute wonderful flavour.

 

Timothy's Dinner Parties are designed for parties of 10+, in the comfort of your own home or at the location of your choice.

Parties of 10-50 guests are priced around $25-$35pp.

Larger parties are priced around $15-$25pp.

This menu compliments wedding receptions and black tie events as well.

You may choose as many courses as you desire.  All courses are served on our glass platters and bowls.
