TIMOTHY'S SERVICE INCLUDES:
Buffet Service: We employ one uniformed wait-staff per 30 guests plus
2 supervisory/kitchen/buffet staff. We provide full-service for the head
table, including dessert and coffee. We serve each table family-style for
the salad course and buns/butter. Tables are cleared a minimum of four
times, dishes washed and put away or scraped and put into rental containers.
We provide a fast two-line buffet up to 150 guests, four-line buffet for
150+ and six line buffet for 225+ guests. Each buffet line is equipped with
a portable electric steam table to keep the vegetables and sauces piping
hot. Timothy's wait-staff will assist your bar by uncorking the dinner wine
bottles and distribute to each table at no extra cost. Timothy's Chef will
cut your (previously dismantled) wedding cake to display on your midnight
buffet for no charge. We will arrange the initial rental order and their
delivery/pickup at no extra charge (above the rental company's rates).
Timothy's does not charge mandatory gratuity. Gratuity is at the discretion
of the client which makes our staff work harder to please you.

plus 5 supervisory/kitchen staff. We serve the dessert and coffee as buffet
(except for the head-table which is always family-style or if there is an
upgraded dessert selection in martini glasses etc.) Tables are cleared a

rental containers. Timothy's wait-staff will assist your bar by uncorking
the dinner wine bottles and distribute to each table at no extra cost.

All menu items are suggestions, we will customize or create a menu to
suit your tastes or budget. Additional terms include:
- Base Price dependent upon location, kitchen facilities &
service-ware.
- Timothy's tastings are available
to anyone planning a wedding with 75+ guests who have booked a hall
or tent and who have not yet booked a caterer. It's also conditional that their wedding date coincides with
a date that Timothy's is available to cater.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to guarantee your date.
This retainer is our cancellation insurance.
- Full Payment is required by cash or cheque one week PRIOR to event.
- GST and PST are applicable and have not been included in prices.
- Delivery charges may apply.
Our commercial kitchen is government inspected. Our Red Seal Chef is an
honours graduate of Liaison Culinary College. Our kitchen staff have
valid Food Handler's Certification in accordance with the Haldimand Health
Unit.
