PORT DOVER 60 GUEST BIRTHDAY PARTY August 2009 Hi Tim: I wanted to let you know that everyone was very impressed with the food yesterday. There was something that satisfied everyone's taste. It was well presented and although we did not get the number of guests that I expected, the ones that were here put a real dent in the food. I had some put aside for the very late-comers and sure enough I heated up a bunch around 7pm and they were perfect. My grandkids loved the cake. Half chocolate and half white was perfect. I also wanted to compliment the two girls (Chanise and Melissa) that prepared and served the food. They were very courteous and friendly to the guests. They kept the buffet well stocked and looking appealing at all times. People have asked for your contact information and I have passed it along. OAKVILLE DINNER PARTY 50 guests April 2009 Tim and Christine: Graham and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the amazing dinner you provided for us and our guests at Graham's 50th Birthday (combined with our family Easter celebration) last evening. We cannot say enough about the quality (and quantity) of the food. It was delicious, plentiful and served hot and to order (the prime rib). My Italian mother who still makes her own pasta commented on the authentic manicotti and pomodori sauce that you customized for us with cheese and spinach. And of course, the prime rib and chicken were melt-in-your-mouth. Mostly, it was very reassuring working with you, Tim. I appreciated all the advice you gave me in planning this event in terms of food choices and especially with customizing our menu in terms of appetizers and desserts. Your attention to detail, flexibility in timing for set-up and courteous wait-staff afforded us the ability to sit back and enjoy the evening and our guests. We have shared your contact information with our guests and we are already looking forward to the next event that you can cater for us!!
